저는 레이저를 연구하는 물리학자로 시작했습니다. 이후 정밀 검사장비를 만들고, 의료기기 사업을 이끌며 한 가지를 배웠습니다. 기술은 실험실에 머물 때가 아니라, 현장의 문제를 풀 때 비로소 가치가 된다는 것입니다.

After the last stitch, every vascular surgeon asks the same silent question: “Is the blood really flowing?” Until now, there has been no tool that could answer it with confidence.

I began my career as a physicist working with lasers. Building precision inspection systems and later leading a medical device business taught me one thing: technology only becomes valuable when it solves a real problem in the field, not when it stays in the lab.

HEXON was founded on that belief. With LCTA, we show the speed and direction of blood flow in real time during surgery, without contrast agents and without touching the vessel. Our goal is to light up the blind spot of vascular surgery, so that a narrowed vessel, not only a blocked one, can be found before the patient leaves the operating room.

We will not stop at a single device. Together with leading clinicians in Korea, we will validate our technology in practice, set a new standard for intraoperative flow diagnostics, and take it to the world.
